Written Saturday 1st October 2005

Here I am always,
Always in your heart,
Always in mine,
Because I'm going to love you always,

And so the night fades away,
I can't stop thinking about your touch,
I sit alone and wait,
Keeping those memories warm inside.

There's a look in your eyes that I can't describe,
It seems too far for you to go,
But you tell me your feelings are easy to find,
And you'll never throw this love away.

The way you look tonight,
You turned to me and smiled,
It took my breath away,
I have never had such a feeling,

A miracle happened,
I'll never forget the moment I saw you,
The feeling needs some healing,
There will never be another tonight.

And one year later on our anniversary of us first meeting, I wrote I guess what can be classed as a "sequel".

Written 1st of October 2006

I have loved you all along,
This time and this place,
With so many memories I miss you,
Been far away for far too long,

I think I dreamed you into life,
Give anything, but I won't give up,
I'll withstand all of hell to take your hand,
So keep breathing and hold on to me,

If I wish upon our star,
Someday I know I'll be where you are,
Now nothing can take you away from me,
We've found a love no-one else has found,

I pray for our world forever,
I captured it there in your heart,
I see the missing pieces I've been searching for,
I think I've found my way home,

Never thought it could be this way,
No doubt about it I can't live without you,
We've shared the laughter and even shared the tears,
So beautifully amazing,
I thank god I found you.

It's a very lovely poem Adam. Even without the knowledge of your relationship, I'm certain that one could see that the sincerity found in the expressiveness of your words would reflect a deeply rooted love that will grow stronger with time. May your muse ever remain as beautiful.

Noura Part III

Voices crying inside my head,
Silences that are playing too loud,
I don't know where to start,
Or how to stop,

Our hopes and thoughts,
Moments I always find,
Oceans inbetween us,
Roads ahead becomes too hard to climb,

Everytime there's a whisper or a sound,
Something beats inside my heart,
When you hold me it all comes back,
Closing my eyes to deeper dreams,

Pictures with you by my side,
The space on your side of the bed,
Our magical warmth melting,
Memories of our first nights,

In a place we used to be,
When you came along,
Where our eyes said everything,
You're still always in my mind,

You used to light up my day,
Gave me reason to carry on,
And I still love you.

"used to be"? Where did she go? This one seems kinda sad.

Yes it's fair to say that between July and October last year when I wrote that, things were far from good. But only a blip in the tapestry of love, and the following month (november) everything was well again.

I am still waiting for that new drawing you were going to do :-)
