Apocalypse
By Derek Holcomb
© January 15th, 2001
Theme - Angry
Constant Destruction
A world Unaware
Falling Farther
Noone Cares
Utter Chaos
Forever Reigns
Mask of Darkness
Hides the Pain
Blinded Eyes
Block the Truth
Looking Back
A Wasted Youth
Corrupted Child
Useless Life
Gone to Hell
Pain and Strife
CHORUS:
Can't you see
The clouds of darkness
Ring the bell
Toll the Apocalypse
Melancholic Souls
Blazing Sun
Vengeful Spirit
Nowhere to Run
Blistered Skin
Cinder Death
Charring Flesh
Savior Breath
Crumbling Earth
Rising Seas
Final Chance
To Feel the Breeze
No future
Remember the Past
Present is Now
Make it Last
CHORUS(X2)
No place to hide
No place in sight
Your life will end
When you see the light
You'll know it's here
When you hear the boom
So open your arms
To the impending doom!

Cool song bro. Imagery was clean, got the message, keep it up.

Good song with great imagery. I read this through several time. There were a few places that I lost the flow due to there being too many words to keep the timing.
Overall I think this is great. Keep it up :)

*jaw drops* Heh... I THOUGHT I reconized this... I read this song on your site AGES AGO! And I fell in love with it! So much said in so few lines... such images and such I don't really know how to explain it, its always been a favorite of mine Derek... maybe because as I read it I can hear it playing in my head unlike some other songs I've read. I wish I could stick this on a favorite places thing or something...
