Just had a thought. I actually got the idea from John and his movie connection idea where someone names a movie and then someone else names a movie it makes them think of for whatever reason. Here's MY game: Someone says a name, full or other, fake or real, blah blah blah, and then someone else states a name it reminds them of for whatever reason. If you can and it's not obvious, state the reason the names are related. Here's an example.

1. Mel Gibson
2. Sean Connery (b/c Mel played a Scotsman and Sean has a Scottish accent)

You could also try actors from the same movie or actors with similar names (aka one actor's first name is another's last name).
