Something i wrote today (9/3/2002)

Dreaming temptations only make you sleep,
Take my fantasy into another illusion,
Remove my fears with your power,
Within the memories you gave to me,
Taking every step to draw in,
Your every eye in simple exhaustions,
Turn out but instead it feels,
Like my blossom of fire takes your strength,
Just one more time in my flames,
Will you drown in the purification,
Of the frightening flare of the ocean,
But when you are there,
I believe you will reassure the darkness,
That i just want to illimunate this feeling,
Again it feels like forever,
But within my being,
My heart dilates,
This timeless daze...

Very cool.  I like a lot of the word play.  Illusion turns to illuminate, after you have given a scource of light as fire.  Then the cool aliteration from flames to frightening flare, and then cooled by the idea of the ocean.  Very cool word play indeed.

its 8: 07 am, i should be working on my essay but i decided to read some team work poems instead and i'm glad I did. this was a really cool poem Gladiator, I agree with everything NT said. in art, we're taught that blues and greens are 'cool' colors and reds and oranges are 'hot.' you achived this through words using fire and ocean. I don't see too much of this and i liked how you did it.  ;)

So unique.. So far I've reread all of your poems to get a better feel of it and always I'm left lost with the words. Sweep me off my feet, is what they do. It's actually inspiring.. ^_^
